Khymos - A Blog Dedicated To Molecular Gastronomy

December 24th, 2006 by mitch (96 Views)

Thank you Albert and ?*? for filling in for me while I was on vacation! It was a really good vacation, I left the country for a week and didn’t touch a computer once. Now back to blogging…

?*? and I both suffer from a similar disease, keep-on-top-of-anything-chemicalitis, and in that spirit I’ll be featuring a chemical blog that she hasn’t already “linkied“.

Khymos is a blog that focuses on the molecules in food. A screen shot is shown below.

The site is maintained by Martin Lersch, a PhD chemist, and features many good looking treats from all over the world–I’ll have to tap the international CF members to hook me up! Go check out the blog, because what self-respecting chemist wouldn’t want to know the molecules in their food?

Note 1: Poll is up for favorite chemistry blog 2006. Vote now! Poll ends Dec 30th.
Note 2: I know you thought the disease ?*? and I shared was color-blindness, but that’s an other issue.
