OH NO I AM NOT-you are using carb/bicarb eluent....that is impossible with your column set. 15 e-mails...see if I say YEES....then it makes it SO....OH WHAT POWER.....AMAZING....Simply AMAZING-Well this is a BIG NO!!!!!
